That awkward moment when a customer actually comes to corporate....

You know how you have that voice? The fake one that you use while talking to customers on the phone? The voice that sounds way more cool, professional, and enthused than your real voice? Well today was the day I had to use that voice off of the phone. Why? Because a customer showed up at Elite corporate.
She was a blessed old lady that lived a few miles from us and thought it was ridiculous for me to mail out paperwork to her, so instead of using the provided shipping label to send it back, She just decided to waddle on down and bring it back herself. Thus saving time, and getting to see our "Call Center Oasis." Luckily, after one quick call to a champion status technician who agreed to do the install on short notice, we could send the gal on her way.

Yes, this may not have been my finest moment with a customer, being as I was caught off guard, and overwhelmed with customers that aren't in person... but I think that all in all, Ms. X was quite pleased with the presentation of Elite. She even complimented us on our "company love for lime green."

Won't be surprised if that old bird shows up again, but as for now, let us hope not.
